Buyers and tenants already registered with us see it first; the property portals a week later.

Step 3 · Until an offer is accepted
Viewings
One named negotiator handles every viewing and writes to you after each one.

Step 4 · Three months after the SPA
Offer to completion
3% earnest deposit on the offer, the balance to 10% when the SPA is signed. We chase the bank and, for leasehold, the state consent.

There is no charge for this. If you then sell through us, our fee is 2% of the price plus 8% SST, paid on completion. For lettings it is one month’s rent on a two-year tenancy.
