What you pay depends on the level of the person doing it. Cut and colour prices include a wash and blow-dry, and your stylist confirms the price before starting. Prices from 1 July 2026.

Stylist
Two to five years on the floor, after our 18-month training.
Senior stylist
Five years or more. Seniors also train our juniors on Monday mornings.
Director

Choose a service, a salon and a stylist, then a start time. The salon checks the diary and confirms on WhatsApp, usually within the hour while it’s open. Nothing is paid online.

Service
  • Deposit. RM 50 for colour, rebonding and keratin bookings of RM 300 or more, paid once the salon confirms. It comes off your bill.
  • Changing or cancelling. Free up to 24 hours before.

Aftercare

Between visits

What our stylists tell people at the end of an appointment, so the cut and colour last until the next one.

Toner fades fastest in the first two weeks

Wash in cool water and leave clarifying shampoo alone until your next visit. If brassiness comes back early, a toner or gloss (from RM 120, 45 minutes) brings it back without a full colour.

Keratin needs three dry days

No washing, no clips and nothing tucked behind the ears for 72 hours. After that, a sulphate-free shampoo keeps it smooth for three to four months.

A fringe grows past the brows in about four weeks

Fringe trims are free within four weeks of a cut, at any of the three salons. WhatsApp the front desk and come in between appointments.

Before you come

Skin test for colour
First colour with us, or the first in six months? Come into any salon for a free skin test at least 48 hours before. It takes two minutes and needs no appointment.
Deposits
Colour, rebonding and keratin bookings of RM 300 or more need a RM 50 deposit once the salon confirms, paid by online transfer. It comes off your bill.
Changing or cancelling
Free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we keep the deposit; for cuts, we just ask you to let us know.
Running late
Up to 15 minutes is fine. Later than that, we may need to shorten the service or move you to the next free time.
Paying
Cash, debit and credit cards, and e‑wallets at all three salons. Tips are never expected.
Children
Cuts for 12 and under are RM 40 at any salon. Sri Petaling has a booster seat and is quietest on weekday afternoons.
Public holidays
All three salons close on the first day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri and the first two days of Chinese New Year. Other public holidays run on Sunday hours.
Gift vouchers
From RM 100, for any service at any salon, and valid for 12 months. Ask at the front desk or on WhatsApp.
